God's Principles for Living

God is a God or principle.  Everything that God does or makes has a purpose.  Godly principles are necessary to walk in victory and obedience.  God has made it possible for us to live a fulfilled life and in order to do this, we must have guidelines and principles for every challenge, every relationship, or every faith fight that we may encounter in our lives.

 Principle 1: Salvation

I must confess the Lord as my Savior Jesus Christ and believe that God raised him from the dead in order to be "saved".  Salvation means that I am transformed from from darkness into the marvelous light.  I am now a "Child of the King".

 Romans 10:9 "Prayer of Salvation"
"That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved".

Principle 3a: The Bible is the "Final Authority"

The Word of God is God and is the "Final Authority".  It is used for correction.  When I hear the word, I am then expected to do what the Word says, no matter what the flesh wants to do.

The Holy Spirit only "unctions us or speaks to us" to bring the Word back to our remembrance.  He does not force us to do the "Will" of God.  We must make our "flesh" conform.

2 Timothy 3:16
"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof (to dismantle error); for correction, for instruction in righteousness."

Principle 8:  Faith is key!!!  God does not move on my behalf unless I possess faith.

Mark 11:24
"Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them and you will have them."

Faith is extremely crucial.  It is the opposite of fear.  Faith speaks opposite of what is seen with your natural eyes.  (For example:  If I feel sick, then by faith I proclaim my healing according to 1 Peter 2:24)  Faith calls down what's in the "Spirit Realm" into the "Natural", here on earth.  It is impossible to please God without Faith.  God only moves on my behalf when I believe that I receive at the moment that I pray, therefore I must release my faith when I pray!!!!

Faith is putting God's words (the word of God whether it is spoken or written) to ACTION!!!  By faith, we believe that Jesus is the Savior, by faith, we believe that we are the righteousness of God, by faith, we believe that we should be in health, prosperity, and live a victorious life.  FAITH is unseen!!!  FAITH is looking at a bad situation and speaking the positive WORD of God and believing that God's word over that situation will cause it to change!!!

Every word that comes out of your mouth will either produce life or death in your life!!!  For example:  If you say that "I will fail", then you will fail b/c that's what you let come out of your mouth.  Even if a situation looks bad, you never speak it!!!  You always, always speak faith filled words from the "Word of God".  These words, if you believe, will change the bad circumstance or situation into a good one.  Faith means that I don't look at what I see and speak it, but I speak what I desire the situation to be or become by faith and I MUST not doubt (when I doubt, God doesn't move), but believe what I say will come to pass.

Principle 11: Healing

Scriptures:  1 Peter 2:24: "who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness--by whose stripes you were healed".

Exodus 15:26: "For I am the Lord who heals you"

It is God's sincere desire that his people walk in divine health as well as have a victorious life.  God does not cause diseases or sickness!!!  Sickness is straight out of the pit of hell.  Sickness is called a "Spirit of Infirmity".

Jesus came so that we can have life and have it more abundantly, therefore the bible says that we do not have to suffer sickness if we confess Christ, have the power of the Holy Spirit, cast out demons, are obedient, and live a life pleasing to God.

If you feel sickness coming on you, know that is an illegal entry from the enemy.  Even though you may feel sick, you must confess with your mouth aloud, "By Jesus' stripes I am healed, and I cancel the assignment of the enemy".  Speak to your situation with the word, believe it, and watch it change.
